Did you know that waiting until January 1st is causing you and your goals more harm than good? That’s right, I’m sharing why waiting until the new year to develop healthy habits is hurting you.
Ahh, New Year. It’s right around the corner and it can be the most exciting time of the year. Isn’t New Year a great time to reset your life? I see you with that 2020 vision. You’re actually going places and achieving those goals this year, right?? Actually, waiting until January 1st may not be entirely beneficial for your dreams… I mean, I get it, I really do. It’s a great time to focus and set intentions for the new year. But what if it’s actually causing more harm than good?
This week, I’m dropping some truth bombs on y’all. Of course, the new year can be a super exciting time for those who want to radically change their lives. But what if I told you that you didn’t have to wait until January 1st to activate your goals? What if there was a sure-fire way you can jumpstart your goals so by the time the big day rolls around, you’re ready and well equipped to take on any challenge along the way?
- Why January 1st is great in theory but bad in practice
- How you can effectively achieve your goals
- Why choosing to start today prepares you for the “big day”
- How time management sets you up for success
New Year can be an exciting time for goal setting and new experiences. However, you don’t have to wait until January 1st to living an exciting life. Did you know that you can end this year just as great as you’re wanting to start the next year? Sure, 2020 vision is a lot catchier than 2019 vision. But you still have a month and a half before the year ends. What will you do with the last month?
I challenge you to choose today and every day to be great.
