Valentine’s Day Outfit Ideas
This look is classy, elegant, and perfect for a fancy dinner date. Maroon is one of my favorite colors and it’s such a beautiful color for VDay, especially if you like more muted colors. When I first bought this dress, I immediately fell in love with the lacy and cutouts right below the chest area. It’s super flattering and is great with or without tights. Honestly, this would make a great party dress for the holidays or any fancy occasion. I actually wore this dress for my College graduation since maroon was our campus color.
This top, ya’ll, I swear I wear literally all year long. The basic black and white stripe, long sleeve somehow goes with every type of style. I probably wear this top several times a month because it just goes that well with almost everything. Once again, I love the maroon floppy har and the skater skirt. My freshman year of College, I literally wore this skirt to every fancy dinner. It’s such a fun look and also looks good with or without tights! OMG! These earrings. As soon as I saw them back in December, I immediately put them on my Amazon wish list. They’re super fun, flirty, and come in several colors! (linked above)
Once again, this white sweater goes well with all different styles. Most of these different looks are interchangeable as the white sweater would also look great with the maroon skirt above. And I absolutely love these faux leather riding boots that polishes this look together. One of my favorite pieces of this look is actually my keychain pom pom tassle that’s attached to my floral bag. I’m a fall girl at heart so I love anything maroon, orange, and mustard yellow. Speaking of maroon, I love these ribboned scrunchies I bought from Amazon (I feel like this day and age everything comes from Amazon lol!) as they come in all different colors and prints.
I love this red, asymmetrical top! I literally used to wear it all the time at church because it is a super cute blouse that doesn’t even need much accessorizing! And these leopard pants.. My mom actually bought me these pants back in High School, nearly 10 years ago and I still love the look and feel of them. The only downside is that there are no front pockets. Whenever I pose with them, I always awkwardly try to fit my hand in the faux pockets! This outfit can literally be dressed up or down and still make a statement!
I actually wore this exact outfit last year for Valentine’s Day! We were out for a long drive out of town so I wanted something cute and comfy. Not to mention, I actually designed this specific sweatshirt! This outfit is perfect if you are on the go and running errands but still want to feel festive. I swear I literally wear this cheetah print scrunchies band every single day. Of course I had to match with my booties!
