Did you know that there are a lot of misconceptions about meditation? Oftentimes people believe that there is only one, the right way of practice. But this couldn’t be farther from the truth. In fact, there are actually various practices for meditation. Not to mention, yoga plays a major role in meditation!
My yoga & meditation journey is still pretty new. Only a year ago did I realize my own misunderstanding of meditative practices. As I have incorporated yoga into my weekly routine, I have learned a lot about inner peace and how to really sit with your deepest thoughts and feelings.
